The SharePoint 2010 Admin Pack is a growing collection of administrative tools for SharePoint 2010. Currently, it has

Workflow Manager which allows you to view all workflows and where they're associated and running throughout your site collection.

Workflow Organizer which allows you to specify the firing order of your workflows on a list.

Site Columns which displays all site columns including a method to find site content types which are using the column.

Server Name simply displays the current server you're running on, helpful when working with network load balancing.

PowerShell scripts are now available
